Nottinghamshire Local Offer for Care Leavers

This page explains the support available to care leavers in Nottinghamshire so young people feel safe, supported, and informed as they move towards independence.

Leaving care is a significant milestone, and without the right support, it can feel overwhelming. The Leaving Care Local Offer sets out the services and support available for care leavers in Nottinghamshire.

Although a young person may have left care, the local authority still has a responsibility as a corporate parent to ensure care leavers are supported to thrive and have access to the same opportunities as other young adults.

This offer has been shaped by local care leavers, who shared what matters most to them.

If you require a paper copy please ask your Personal Advisor.
