Monday - Friday
A friendly and enjoyable NHS structured education course for people with Type 2 diabetes. There are two courses - one for those not prescribed insulin, and another for those prescribed insulin. Delivered by trained healthcare professionals from Nottingham CityCare (NHS) over two half days (or 4 half days with insulin), you will learn about what diabetes is, diet, exercise and medications and how to look after yourself to prevent problems which may occur if diabetes is not managed properly.
