Job Description
This role is to support a young gentleman in the Gedling area.
For a minimum of 13hrs per week
Get service user ready for work, provide motivation, encouragement and reassurance among other things like going out to the community.
Ideally they would be-
Flexible
Engage, understand and motivate and encourage them to grow.
Have a good understanding of Autism and Mental Health.
Into Gaming and Music.
