The joint Ofsted and CQC local area inspection of Nottingham City’s implementation of the Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) Reforms took place from Monday 8th to Friday 12th November 2021. The final report letter can be found on the right under Downloads.
We would like to thank the very many parents, carers, children and young people and colleagues across the local area who helped during the week of the inspection and took part in the focus groups, visits and meetings.
This inspection report is now a very important part of the future work with SEND locally.
It shows the main strengths and areas for development in our local area which we will use to continue improving services for children and young people with SEND. We look forward to continuing this important work in partnership with you.
