Domiciliary Care
|
- Paid providers an additional 5% on current fees – initially for 3 months (April to June 2020).
- Providers are currently being paid based on a 3 month average (prior COVID).
- Providers have the ability to come to the Council for PPE where they are unable to access it through their usual sources.
- Support providers with recruitment free of charge
- Regular welfare calls and provider events to discuss any issues and concerns
- Dedicated single point of access for information and advice
- Dedicated COVID-19 web page with all latest information and advice both national and local

Residential Care

Day and Evening Services

- Continue to pay providers the same prior to COVID outbreak to ensure viability of services moving forward

- E-mails sent out to providers about PPE, including how to get PPE and safety recall notices.
- The information on the provider corner includes PPE, testing, latest news, and related government guidance.
- Dedicated single point of access for information and advice.
