Message from Nature Challenge

Message from Nature Challenge

Nature has calming and enchanting effect. Walking in the woods, smelling the fresh air, or sitting in the park enjoying the view of the green spaces around you, listening to the birds’ voices in the background. Magical!!

Vanclaron wants you to thrive and for nature to thrive around you. Interacting with nature is not only enjoyable, but it is also important for our mental health and well-being.

Nature is the best way to relax and get back in touch with your inner self, it helps you throw away all that negative energy and makes you calmer dealing with life!

The 4 weeks challenge involves 30mins walk in the park, we all will go to the park and do a relaxing session of mindfulness practice. You are to take a picture of anything in nature/ the park that interests, jumps out and/or speaks to you.

The Parks we will go to are:

  1. Nottingham Arboretum
  2. Highfields Park
  3. Colwick Country Park
  4. Wollaton Hall, Gardens and Deer Park
