Nottingham Health & Care Point
Citizens who call the Health and Care Point should find it easier to get through to speak to someone who is able to direct calls to the right team as quickly as possible. Those picking up the calls are trained in health and social care - they will understand the call being made and know where to get help if they can't resolve the call themselves.
The project is partnership between Nottingham City Council, Nottingham CityCare Parternship and Nottingham City NHS Commissioning Group and is part of the city's commitment to make sure health and social care services work as well as they can for Nottingham citizens.
The 0300 131 0300 number now offers the following options:
- Option 1: If you require health services including phlebotomy
- Option 2 : If you require social care services or using our online referral form
Choosing option 1 will give you access to further options:

Option 1: Integrated enablement service , Including Urgent Care & Community Beds to avoid a hospital admission to facilitate discharge from hospital to maintain independence in the Community

Option 2: MOSAIC, MSK, pain, spinal and orthopaedic service

Text & Reply Service
To enable citizens and their carers who are unable to make contact with Adult Social care via telephone or email we are now offering a text service. The ASC department can be contacted by text messaging 0794 4040 073 and is for the exclusive use of citizens or carers who are deaf and need to contact ASC.
Messages are monitored from 9 am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
