The St. Ann’s advice group provide free, independent advice on welfare benefits, debts - including fuel and housing matters and generalist welfare advice. We can support claims for benefits, advise on entitlement and challenge decisions though mandatory reconsideration and appeals. In some difficult case’s we can represent. We will advise on debt, negotiate affordable payment plans with creditors and apply for ‘write offs’ where appropriate. We can offer advice and support on employment rights but this is only available by appointment at the Neighbourhood centre in

St. Ann’s. We can also provide food parcels for people who have no income.
