We are childminders within the NG7 area. We are registered with At Home Childcare - Child Minding Agency and we have been registered since the 6th May 2016. Our childminding experience within the past two and a half years is very positive and we always love to share and celebrate examples of how children of all ages are benefiting from being cared for by childminders. 

At Mummy’s Care we aim to provide high quality childcare within a warm and welcoming environment. The individuality of each child in our care will be respected and nurtured. With a home-like environment we can provide both structured and flexible schedules, which means we can adapt our routines and activities easily to fit in with all the children’s individual needs, stages of development, interests or the ever-changing weather!

We work very closely with parents to gain knowledge of their child/children and experiences. We acknowledge that parents are a child’s primary educators and aim to provide the best possible care we can to support both child and parents. We provide both adult and child led activities, involving the children in the planning process as much as possible, whether it is directly through their ideas and input or just building on their interests that we observe, and information received from parents. 

We have great relationships with the local schools and often they recommend parents/educators to us.  In a nutshell: We truly feel that we provide unique, homely and family-based experiences for children that are different from group-based services and with the current expansion of funded early learning and childcare, more children will be experiencing registered services for longer periods and we are proud to enable children to have those experiences within a setting that 'smells and feels like home'.
