Independent Living for Older People (Muskham View)

Muskham View in Newark provides sheltered but independent accommodation with for people over 55.

How we can help

We provide people with long-term accommodation and ongoing support - this can be both in group sessions and on a one-to-one basis. We encourage everyone who lives with us to have a say in how Muskham View is run, and to take part in group support sessions and meetings. We'll respect your choices and privacy. Equality and diversity are important to us, and we work to make sure everyone feels included. We'll help you to maintain your health and wellbeing, develop life skills, and get the most out of life.

Accommodation

We have seven self-contained flats with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There are also two bungalows, each with a private courtyard garden. The flats and bungalows are suitable for couples or single people.

There is a communal garden, lounge and kitchen, plus laundry facilities. The building has a secure door entry system, disabled facilities, and 24-hour on-call emergency assistance system.

We're in a great location, with easy access to supermarkets, transport links and other useful facilities.
