Private Psychotherapy Service

I provide individual, group and outdoor therapy where you can take some time for yourself and explore whatever is important to you. I have a creative and embodied approach and work in an interconnected and holsitic way. My aim is to help you feel more resourced, regulated and connetced where you can be heard and have a safe space to explore any issues, create meaningful change and experience growth and healing.

• Individual therapy at the Magnolia Therapy Centre (354 Mansfield Rd, Nottingham NG5 2EF) & Humber Therapy Centre (132a Queens Road East, Beeston, NG9 2FD)

• Outdoor therapy in Nottingham and Derbyshire

• Group Therapy, Wednesdays 6-8.15pm at the Place Activity Centre (2a Melrose Street, Sherwood, Nottingham, NG5 2JP). 

• CPD Psychodrama introductory workshops: July 4th, 11th and 18th in Nottingham and November 8th & 9th in Bristol.
