The Freedom Programme

What is the Freedom Programme?

The Freedom Programme is a 10-week information and support programme built around the realities and effects of domestic abuse. This programme is for women only. It runs for 2 hours a week over a 10-week period; supports Victims and Survivors of Domestic Abuse and explores what Healthy Relationships look like.

 

What do Early Help offer?

  • Various delivery dates and times across Nottingham City
  • We offer virtual or face to face delivery to suit each individual
  • 10 weeks of delivery
  • Each session lasts for 2 hours
  • No crèche facilities available at this time
