Step Forward Employability

Who - We are an employability training programme for individuals who are seeking training, education or employment.

What - We facilitate life skills workshops, employment training as well as offer coaching sessions both in 1-2-1 and group settings.

Where - We are based on Lenton Lane in The Arches building and we are in the process of running a number of satellite workshops in various locations across the city.

Why - We are passionate about enabling people to re-enter work, or for those who have never worked or not worked for many years, to become employable.

How - After an initial conversation, we will interview the participants and assess their suitability for the programme. They will then be expected to attend various workshops, coaching and mentoring sessions.
