Independent Living for Older People (Warwick Flats)

Warwick Flats in Leicestershire provides independent accommodation within a secure, friendly environment for people aged over 55.

How we can help

We will work with you to plan any support you might need so that you can continue to live independently. You will be signposted to the appropriate services for welfare and benefit advice to gain confidence in accessing different support channels set-up by the government. As well as helping to overcome existing difficulties, this often prevents new problems developing.

Accommodation

We have 21 self-contained flats. Each has a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There's also a flat with two bedrooms. The flats are suitable for singles or couples.

Warwick Flats also has a communal lounge, kitchen, laundry facilities and gardens. We have disabled access facilities, a lift, and SMaRT a 24/7 telephone support and emergency response service.

Bottesford village is the largest in the Vale of Belvoir and is near to Belvoir Castle, home to the Duke and Duchess of Rutland. Our rural location in a peaceful village is close to local amenities.
