Nottingham Central Women's Aid

Central Women's Aid is a small charity providing services for women and children experiencing and escaping domestic abuse and violence. We offer a variety of domestic intervention and recovery courses at easy to access venues and are free, we can often provide childcare. Community programmes including the freedom programme, Own My life and the power of change. We also provide refuge accommodation, move on support and resettlement services. Anyone can refer themself or someone else into our service.

Notes

To refer yourself or someone else onto any of the community programmes, or for any queries you can call or email us directly. We are available to speak to  9-6pm Monday to Friday. All Out of hours referrals for refuge accommodation should be made via Juno women's aid on the 24 hour helpline 0800 800 0340.

We can work with any women including women with additional needs and facing multiple disadvantage such as alcohol or drug misuse, mental health difficulties or a wide range of other complexities.
