Added Time - Men’s Wellbeing Programme

The New 18+ Men’s Wellbeing Programme for 2023 Combining Sport with Mental Wellbeing Discussions.

Notts County Foundation is excited to share their new 2023 men’s wellbeing programme ‘Added Time’.  Combining sports and physical activity and wellbeing topic-based discussions, the sessions are designed to provide preventative wellbeing support to men who may be experiencing low mood and/or tackling loneliness and in need of a safe space to talk.

The programme uses current, high-profile sporting examples in a series of weekly fixtures to encourage open conversations around topics such as mental fitness, dealing with setbacks, wins and losses and resilience, amongst others.

The 12-week rolling programme is open to men aged 18+ and provides a relaxed non-judgemental space harnessing the power of sport and activity to improve men’s mental and physical wellbeing.

The sessions will be held at Brendon Lawrence Sports Centre on Tuesday evenings at 6pm – 7.30pm. To sign up, email lucy.devine@nottscountyfoundation.org.uk or call 07495 321631.
