Fall Detectors
Trips and falls are a major cause of hospital admissions for older adults. A fall detector can be worn around your wrist or belt and automatically calls Taking Care’s UK response centre when it detects a fall. The response team will check you are OK over the alarm unit speaker or call your nominated contacts or emergency services.
The fall detector works alongside the Taking Care personal alarm service and also acts an as alarm pendant.
