Self Help UK

Self Help UK is a leading self-care and peer support UK-registered charity.  Our aim is to substantially change the way people in the UK are empowered to take control of their health and wellbeing. Self Help UK is committed to leading the national self-care agenda on self help by promoting, enabling and connecting support, information and education within the health and social sector.  

We provide a range of services for individuals, communities, and health and care service providers across the UK. These services include training and consultancy, cancer support services, a directory of peer support groups and resources. 

We have over 40 years’ experience in providing support, guidance, and training and are delighted to be recognised as a beacon of best practice in self-help and peer support.
