Arnold Methodist Church Mental Health Befriending and Support Group

For people with mental health issues and their carers, family and friends in Nottinghamshire.

We provide a listening ear, games, crafts and pastoral support.  We display a range of information leaflets and hold an information service, signposting to useful agencies and charities.
