- The practitioners at the setting have received a wide range of training around Autism and autistic spectrum disorder. In the past we have also looked after children with behavioural needs, language delay and visual impairments. when a child is due to start with us and they have any additional needs we will always seek training around the child's needs before the child starts the setting to ensure that all the practitioners working with the child are aware of how to deal with the child's individual need

- We cater for a wide range of dietary requirements, our cook works full time preparing the food for all the children. if we are aware that a child has a dietary need our cook will sit in on the child's first visit so they are able to obtain all the information that they will need. Each child with a dietary need has it's own individual profile which outlines what the child's dietary needs and a copy is kept in the kitchen. We currently cater for children with the following dietary needs. * Vegetarian * Diary free * Lactose intolerance * Wheat free * religious dietary needs.

- At our setting we have a wide range of different cultural backgrounds . We explore the different cultures of all the children and reflect this around the provision. On our registration form it does request which celebrations and festivals that children celebrate and is also requests which festivals and celebrations they do not wish to celebrate in the setting.
