Beeston Middle Street Resource Centre

Middle Street Resource Centre is a mental health focused community centre based in Beeston which offers a variety of mental health support groups, therapeutic one to one support, and volunteering opportunities to promote mental health wellbeing. 

At the heart of the centre is a community cafe which provides a welcoming space for all

For those who would like support with their mental health, the mindset programme is a specific programme of therapeutic support and social activity groups. These groups promote social inclusion, physical activity, community involvement, learning opportunities and space for tranquil reflection. 

We also offer room hire at very reasonable rates

Sing With Open Voices - 10am - 12pm

Craft & Social Group - 10.30am - 12pm

Community Meeting - 1pm on last Wednesday

What is the Mindset Programme?

Middle Street Resource Centres MindSet Programme supports people with lived experience of mental health. It is run by people with lived experience of mental health issues, backed by our staff team,.

The MindSet Program is based at Middle Street Resource Centre in Beeston. Founded in 2011, it originated as a music project and has developed to include a wide range of art, craft and outdoor activities.

All Mindset Programme activities are free to attend and are marked in blue on our timetable.
