Coffee Morning - Sneinton Community Hub
Join us every Tuesday from 10am to 1pm for free hot drinks in a warm and friendly environment.
You will have the opportunity to meet your local Social Prescribers and Health and Wellbeing Coaches for information and advice on referrals to our services.
Our Social Prescribing service can help with getting accessing services to help with a long term health condition, your mental health, getting active, debt and finances, housing, volunteering, employment, skill building and more.
Our Health and Wellbeing Coaches can provide exercise and health advice and will be delivering chair based exercise sessions and more.
Just drop in, no need to book.
