Our Family Hubs offer a range of advice and support across the city. Trained Family Support and Start for Life Workers offer targeted intervention to families who need support or have concerns around:

• Child development
• Children’s Behaviour
• Parenting
• Sleep
• Parental conflict
• Parental wellbeing

Please note support is available based on individual need and circumstances.

Targeted support

There are six key interventions we offer to families. These include:

• Peep Learning Together Programme
• Triple P – Behaviour Support
• Family Support Clinics
• The Freedom Programme
• Sleep Tight
• Young Parents Together

Additional services

As well as services offered by Early Help our Family Hubs buildings are used by our partner agencies who offer a range of activities and support including:

• SSBC
• City Care (0-19 Public Health Nursing Service)
• Midwives
• Peer support groups
• Nottingham College
• Lily and Co. day nurseries
• Greenfields nurseries
• CAMHS
• Behavioural and Emotional Health Team
• Parenting team

Please note the agencies that offer support from our Family Hubs building differ depending on location.

City MASH is operational Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:50 pm. Outside of these hours, the telephone number should be used for emergency safeguarding enquiries only. The City MASH will only accept referrals on a child that lives within the City boundaries.
